A standard bar counter height is around 105 to 110 cm (roughly 1050 to 1100 mm), which is taller than a normal kitchen counter at about 90 cm. This raised height suits bar stools and creates a relaxed, social feel. We can adjust the height to match your stools and your room.
What are typical bar counter dimensions and measurements?
A comfortable bar counter top is usually 30 to 60 cm deep, with the width planned around how many seats you want, allowing about 60 cm per stool. If you want seating on one side, we add an overhang of around 25 to 30 cm so knees fit comfortably underneath.
What is the difference between counter height and bar height?
